Cold Peel DTF Transfer Instructions

1. Preheat Garment

   • Place your shirt (or fabric item) on the heat press.

   • Press for 5–7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position the Transfer

   • Place the DTF transfer face down on the garment where you want the design.

   • Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet if desired.

3. Heat Press Settings

   • Temperature: 290°F – 325°F (145°C – 160°C)

   • Pressure: Medium to firm

   • Time: 10–15 seconds

4. Cold Peel Process

   • Carefully remove the garment from the heat press.

   • Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling (this is crucial!).

   • Once cooled, slowly peel the film from one corner.

5. Final Press (Optional but Recommended)

   • Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

   • Press again for 5–7 seconds to lock in durability and ensure a smooth finish.

✅ Care Instructions: Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
