Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

74 Strelitzia Avenue, Forrestfield WA 6058

Orders can be picked up on Mondays (except for Public Holiday Mondays), from 9am-4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using Australia Post. Standard delivery is 2 - 8 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders under $75 and shipping to all states within Australia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping $12 for all orders under $75 within Australia

Standard Shipping $0 For all orders over $75 within Australia

Express Shipping $17 for all orders within Australia

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

International Standard Shipping flat rate $25 on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 20 days.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gifts By Eve is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@giftsbyeve.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
