Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal service, delivery is out of my control. For any delivery issues, it’s best to contact the postal provider directly using your tracking number.

Add your details in the personalisation box on the product page. Please make sure everything is entered exactly how you’d like it to appear.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please message as soon as possible. Once your order has started, changes may not be possible.

Can I choose the font?
Yes, where font options are available they will be shown in the product listing. If no font is selected, the default font shown in the product photos will be used.
